In the milestone 50th issue of TU magazine, I presented my research on user experience in the region. I explained that improving CX is crucial for survival and growth in the modern market environment and is becoming imperative for all companies, especially hotels and the hospitality sector in general.

Conference – True Brand Conference 2024

I had the honor of being a speaker at the True Brand Conference 2024. Customer Experience, a topic still not so well-known or popular in our region, sparked great interest among all who followed my lecture ‘On the Wings of Customer Experience,’ which makes me extremely proud!

The conference was full of questions, different ways of thinking, positive energy, wonderful young people, and genuine stories about our brands. This is exactly what the brand and marketing community in Serbia needs a real place for growth and knowledge exchange!

Participation in the Conference – II Sarajevo Tourism Summit 2024

It was an immense pleasure to participate in the 2nd Sarajevo Tourism Summit 2024, which brought together experts and enthusiasts from the tourism sector. Many interesting topics, presentations, tastings, and great energy from people across the region! As a panelist on “Innovations in Transport Tourism,” I spoke about trends in the aviation business as well as the importance of customer experience.
