U jubilarnom 50-om broju TU magazina predstavila sam svoje istraživanje o korisničkom iskustvu u regionu. Objasnila sam činjenicu da je unapređenje CX ključno za opstanak i rast u savremenom tržišnom okruženju kao i da postaje imperativ za sve kompanije a posebno hotele i generalno sektor ugostiteljstva.
